Something did not work?

Open Lasso, go to the Log card and tap the share icon. Send the exported log together with a short description. The log contains your bike's Bluetooth identifier, lock events and signal strength, nothing else.

Common questions

The bike is not found. Lasso reuses the Bluetooth pairing made by the official Cowboy app. Open the official app once near the bike, then scan again in Lasso.

It stopped working after I swiped the app away. iOS does not wake a force-quit app for Bluetooth events. Leave Lasso in the background; it uses almost no battery while idle.

It unlocked when I did not want it to. In "During a ride" mode Lasso only undoes locks that happen while riding or right after a reconnect. Locking the bike on purpose ends the ride. If this still happens, switch to "Off" and send the log.

Purchases. Use "Restore Purchases" in Settings on a new phone. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
